CFX384 Real-Time PCR Detection System:

The CFX384 real-time PCR detection system allows the performance of high-throughput real-time PCR in a 384-well format, with up to four-target detection and powerful data analysis.

The system maximizes fluorescence detection for specific dyes in specific channels - the optics shuttle individually illuminates and detects fluorescence from each well with high sensitivity and no cross talk.
