Sigma-Aldrich shRNA is available as prepackaged lentiviral transduction particles
Sigma-Aldrich is a global supplier of the comprehensive MISSION(TM) shRNA library through participation in The RNAi Consortium (TRC). Individual clones, gene target sets, gene families and druggable and whole genome libraries are available as lentiviral transduction particles, purified plasmid DNA or frozen bacterial glycerol stocks harboring sequence-verified shRNA. Each gene is represented by a target set that consists of an average of 3-5 individual constructs or clones targeting different regions of the gene sequence. Click here to begin your search.
