Circular Dichroism Spectrophotometer J-815
Our state of the art CD instrument allows the simultaneous acquisition of fluorescence and CD data. Such experiments are particularly useful in assessing the extent to which protein unfolding and folding transitions are two-state in character.
Accessories:
- Peltier sample holder (used with 1mm, 2mm, 5mm, or 10mm path length cuvettes) for thermal denaturation studies
- Cylindrical cuvette holder with water jacketed cuvettes using water bath
- Titrator for automated chemical denaturation or ligand-binding studies.
- Cut-on filters for the fluorescence detector.
Two photomultiplier tubes are available covering the range of 165-900 nm and 600-1100 nm.
Software: Spectra Manager ( Experiment and Analysis ) and CD-PRO interface
