The meeting will feature talks by graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and new investigators. And there will be a poster session. Dennis Thiele (Duke University School of Medicine) will deliver the keynote talk.

The flyer for the meeting is available to download. Please print and put up for all your researchers to see.

Related Program

The 2018 Environmental Drivers of Aging: Proteostasis, Metabolism, and Signaling Conference is being held on Friday, January 12 on the Chicago campus of Northwestern University. The goal of this conference is to understand whether and how key processes involved in biologic aging might be manipulated to reduce the risk of chronic disease later in life from varying biological perspectives. This conference will be of interest to researchers interested in understanding the intersection between aging biology, physiology and disease pathogenesis.

Transportation from Airports:

To travel to Evanston will take approximately 30-45 minutes from O'Hare Airport and 60 minutes from Midway Airport.

Cab services familiar with Evanston are Norshore Cab (800-244-9200), and 303 Cab (888-225-5303). Call to arrange for pick up after you land. They have cars at the airport, so the wait will be just a few minutes. All have flat rates to Evanston ($35 from O'Hare and $55 from Midway). Be sure to ask for their flat rate. We do NOT recommend going to the cab stand as most are Chicago cabs, which are not familiar with Evanston.

Continental Airport Express is a shared van service to/from O'Hare Airport and Midway Airport. Go to www.airportexpress.com or call 1-888-284-3826 for reservations.
