Genetic interactions
  • dCBP is probably required for Ci activation and not Ci repression because CBP mutant clones don’t lead to Hh expression like Ci mutant clones do. (Ci-rep represses Hh expression) (Akimaru, 1997)
  • Ci requires CREB-binding protein to activate wg expression in the embryo ( Chen, 2000)
